I’m the founder of This Girl Talks, a bi-lingual copywriting and content creation studio based in Cardiff. My career has always revolved around communication, storytelling, and service – helping people and organisations share messages that matter.
Before launching This Girl Talks, I spent eight years working in professional sport, a fast-paced environment where I learned how clear, purposeful communication can inspire teams and audiences alike. That path led to a 16-year career with the Royal Household, where I crafted speeches, briefings, and video messages for His Majesty King Charles III and The Prince and Princess of Wales. It was a privilege that honed my skills in strategic writing, tone of voice, and high-impact storytelling.
